Ajuda criativa! / Creative help!

O ano ta começando e já estou determinada a dar um jeito em tudo que está pendente! Pra começar faço um post sobre um grande problema: a minha estante da cozinha. Ela já até saiu da parede, para dar lugar a um armário mas como fiquei muito infeliz com a troca, fiz o companheiro colocar a estante de volta e, em troca ele exigiu que ela ficasse linda e decorada, e não a bagunça que estava antes.

Conclusão: nada foi feito até agora e estou sem ideia. Como sei que tenho uma tchurma de frequentadores do blog que é criativa sem limites resolvi pedir ajuda! Será que pelas fotos vocês conseguem me dar alguma luz?! Tomara!!

The year is starting and I'm determined to sort out everything that's on hold! I'm starting posting about a big problem: my kitchen's shelf. It was already replaced by a cupboard but as I was very unhappy with the change, I asked my partner to put it back and, in return, he required it to be beautiful an well decorated, and not the mess it used to be.

Conclusion: Anything was done and I have no idea about what to do with my shelf. As I know there's some very creative blog readers, I decided to ask for some help! Is it possible to give me some ideas just taking a look at the pictures? I hope so!!

Natal / Christmas day

Tenho família grande, e quando digo grande não estou exagerando. Minha mãe tem (teve) 9 irmãos e cada um tem em média 2 filhos e, muitos deles, também já tem filhos (as vezes mais de 1). Some-se a isso um sobrenome: Benevento. Sim, italiano e dos típicos.

Somos barulhentos, gesticulamos muito e nos divertimos sempre que nos encontramos. E aí no Natal junta todo mundo e vira um delicioso caos.

Esse vídeo, feito no dia 25 captura muito bem o espírito da família, sempre muito alto astral!

I have a big family and when I say big I really mean it. My mother has (had) 9 siblings and each one has on average 2 children and, many of them, also already have children (sometimes more than 1). We also have a surname: Benevento. Yes, italian. 
We are loud, gesticulate a lot and have fun whenever we meet. And we turn the Christmas day into a delicious chaos. 
This video captures well the spirit of my family, always very upbeat.
